30-Day Returns on Eligible Items

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order on eligible items.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Final Sale Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, earrings and personalized or custom items are final sale and cannot be returned — unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If that happens, email us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to your original payment method. Prices are in USD; original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
