Returns
What's your return policy?
We offer 30-day returns on eligible, unused, unworn items in original packaging. Earrings and personalized or custom items are final sale (unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect).
Are there non-returnable items?
For hygiene and customization reasons, earrings and personalized/custom items may not be eligible for return.
